1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy for all new purchases.

Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date.

Once the 7-day refund period has expired, payments become non-refundable.

  • The date of purchase or renewal

Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in the following situations:

  • The refund request is submitted after the applicable 7-day refund period.

  • The account is involved in fraudulent activity, abuse, or misuse of the Service.

  • The account has violated our Terms of Service.

  • A chargeback has already been initiated through the payment provider.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically generate a refund for previously paid subscription periods.
