By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
FeedbackNova enables businesses to collect, manage, and respond to customer feedback through dedicated feedback pages and communication tools.
FeedbackNova is intended to help businesses identify and address customer concerns before they escalate. We do not guarantee any specific business results, customer responses, reputation improvements, or reduction in public reviews.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service.
By using FeedbackNova, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep such information updated.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

By submitting content through the Service, you grant FeedbackNova a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for content submitted through your account.
Certain features of FeedbackNova may require a paid subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
FeedbackNova offers refunds upon request within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date.
Refund requests submitted after the seven-day period may not be eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases involving abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
Business account owners may request deletion of their account data at any time.
Upon verification of ownership, FeedbackNova will process eligible deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to any legal, regulatory, security, or operational obligations requiring retention.
Deletion requests may result in permanent removal of feedback records, account information, and related data.
The Service, including all software, trademarks, branding, designs, graphics, and proprietary content provided by FeedbackNova, remains the exclusive property of Billion Ventures LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
FeedbackNova may utilize third-party providers for hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and related services.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEEDBACKNOVA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BILLION VENTURES LLC AND FEEDBACKNOVA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO FEEDBACKNOVA DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Billion Ventures LLC, FeedbackNova, and their officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted on FeedbackNova.com and become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
